Bookings

Submitting a form or WhatsApp message sends us a booking request. A booking is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it. Prices and timings are confirmed with you before work begins.

Before Handing Over Garments

Please empty all pockets, point out stains and their cause, and tell us about any damage, repairs or special requirements. We are not responsible for items left in pockets.

Cleaning Results

We take care with every garment, but results depend on fabric, construction, dyes, trims and the type and age of stains. We cannot guarantee that every stain will be removed. Items with missing or incorrect care labels, weak or sun-damaged fabric, or glued embellishments carry additional risk, and we will try to tell you about any concerns before cleaning.
